Is this for a weekly task or a social task? Is it for foosball (not football) or soccer?
If it is a weekly task for foosball then you need to buy a foosball table in the living room section of the home store. See the screenshot below.
If it is for soccer practice the you need to buy a soccer ball from the Promotions r Us store in the work tab and place it in a yard of a sim's house.
If this is for a social task then you need to find either one of these items in your friend's neighborhood and use it there.
