I purchased a template using $50 worth of LP

I purchased and had to buy $49.99 worth of LP just to be able to purchase the updated farmhouse, Mrs. Claus or Santa Claus farmhouse which again has been updated. Something went wrong and all I want is the house. I just want the farmhouse and I’ve been trying to get someone from the Sims FreePlay app to help me, but none of them will help me I’ve asked for a two-tier specialist. All I want is the house and they’re trying to close the case and I will not close it. They’re trying to pay me off with LP. They’re trying to pay me off with money because now I would have to spend more money just to purchase a house when that was the one that I wanted that I’ve been waiting for. It’s been almost a month and they will not help me. They keep going around in circles. All I’m asking for is the template that I bought? And have proof of they themselves admitted that I did pay for it and that I bought the template but will not give it to me. They just keep running running in circles. Gonna go to the BBB if this is not resolved.
