What do i need to do so i can make my baby have a birthday and be a todler? I just dont get this part and i did just about everything.

First you must complete the Quest for Toddlers if you haven't already ( It will appear automatically once you complete whatever quests you have active before it) if you have completed it then simply bake a birthday cake on the stove then give it to the baby

I am on level 25 I still can't see any toddler quest anywhere&nbsp;
