What is and where is the Vault Hobby Gate on sims free play
I can't fulfill the quest of building anything cause I keep getting a message saying. "VAULTING HOBBY GATE UNDER CONSTRUCTION" help me

That would be one of the hobbies at your stables. Check to se if you need to tap on the gate or pulsing circle to complete construction
