What's a fashion 'R' us mean and where to find it?

So I have been playing sims freeplay and it's a pretty cool game and i play it on my own ipad but it says something about get a fashion 'R' us? Where to find it and where to buy it

    It's one of the community lots in the main town. A place to buy the baby, toddler, preteen, and teen items.
