Bug Report – Unable to Equip Accessories on “Black Tuxedo Cat”

Dear Support Team,

I would like to report a bug I encountered in The Sims FreePlay involving the “Black Tuxedo Cat” item in the Pet Salon.

I attempted to equip a collar or accessory on the Black Tuxedo Cat, but unfortunately, it did not work. No matter which accessory I selected, it was not visually applied to the cat. Furthermore, I was also unable to make any purchases — nothing happened when I tried to buy an item. I’ve attached screenshots for your reference.

I kindly ask that you look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your support and the continued development of the game.
