Where's Osiris? Puppy quest

Where the Heck is Osiris?!
I had no trouble sitting w/ the pup.. Finished that.. I've even used a lot of LP to finish all the actions up to this in a flash (waisted LP) now I'm stuck on " greet Osiris " I reached this step w/ 6 days left. Now I have 3 and I can't move.
He never showed! I tried taking pup to every house then sitting him down. I have also looked EVERYWHERE for him and he's nowhere to be found! His ship isn't parked in town either.

I've never had any problems with this game before this!

I'm fully updated for the app AND iOS. Ive shut the app completely down, As well as my phone. I'm at a dead loss right now!
Anyone else?
