Why can’t I proceed with my renovations after purchasing rocky hill

I keep getting a message saying I’m not able to proceed with the new quest because I have to complete the one I’m doing which I am not. I was allowed to purchase the Rocky Hill quest but now I’m not ...

I am also having the same issue. It’s super annoying because I cannot do anything. I cannot even renovate in sims springs either since this update.
