Why didn't I receive my full amount of advertised lifestyle points?

The game offers "free" lifestyle points for completing surveys, downloading apps, subscribing to sites , etc. I subscribed to gamefly for 150 lifestyle points...it took 15 minutes for me to receive on...

Thanks for the help martha4858! I already knew that information however. I am concerned as to why I did not receive the full 150 LP.

Hi @LOS_BADOS_ocge8, 

The advertisement company manages all aspects of the Free LP offers so you would need to contact them directly to claim the remaining 50 LP if they made a mistake. When you click on "Missing LP?" what does it say? Maybe there's a hidden condition for the remaining 50 LP? Don't hesitate to join a screenshot of the Missing LP page and we'll have a look with you.

      Strange. It looks like everything worked as intended so you should definitely have received 150 LPs. I would suggest to click on the Missing LP? link corresponding to that operation and submit a support ticket to Supersonic so they can investigate. Hopefully they will send you the remaining LP.
