why do you have to have life style points as well as collect items for missions

You do not have to use LPs or SPs to play this game, nor do you have to spend money. However, your odds of finishing a quest or getting special items is increases when you do spend money to buy LPs and SPs. There are also ways to earn them without spending money. I have most of my sims doing the cooking hobby and I've earned a lot of LPs that way.

Now I would like to address what you feel is unfair and that is the spending of real money to play the game. The developers do not work for free. This is not their hobby, it is their job. They have bills to pay and families to support. They work very hard to make this game fun and they know that not everyone is going to spend money. But if no one spent money on this game then it would go away.  Ask yourself this, would you work 40 plus hours week after week if you were not getting paid?

Thank you for replying but will not be posting any more questions I do not expect anyone to work for free. I do understand that bills have to be paid as I myself as the same as the people working on this game have to earn to support my family. I wasn't suggesting any such thing that they work for free. As this is my first post I feel what you have said has put me off of posting anything thing else in the future. I'm a fair person & I thought it was a fair question but I suppose it wasn't. I will keep my thoughts & questions to myself in future.

I certainly did not mean to put you off asking questions. But you comment iwas a common one, especially among young people and all I as trying to do was to get you to see the bigger picture. As I said before you can certainly play the game and earn a lot of LPs with out spending money.

computer 1-4?

playstation 1-3?

exbox 1-3? 

All sims game you need LPs & stuff. 

I like cooking & toddler play house to earn LPs but I have 

10 cooking & 10 play house. 

A person doesnt need to speed money to get LPs 

It just takes time & sims
