why I can't play sims freeplay on my windows 10 laptop

I was wondering why is the sims freeplay in the windows store for people to play, when it say this app is not compatible with my device which is a laptop  can someone please help me with this situat...

    Thank you for letting me know but the name Xbox is over the name freeplay which confuses me

      I think it's for phones only but unsure.
