Lost Game

I have been playing sims free play 2-3 years and it seems my account was rewritten. I am linked to Ea and Apple and google a stream and my game after all progress and level 34 that just made 5 days ago is gone. Now al, yall gave me a sims credit of 700,000. I have spent over a $100 this month alone. I am on a new game and have to start over. I would like a refund of all my money or give me my level 34 back.
