Why is Promotion r us store not working?

I need help with my promotion r us store when I try to go to the store nothing happens but a bell rings when I tap it and the air bubble over it is gone can someone tell me how to fix it?

    It you have tried rebooting your device and/or restarting Youe game app, then you probably need to contact support either through the help in the game or at this link.
