Missing Inventory Items!
Paid for these and now they are gone… so mad. You need to not have two pics of the same item. Looks like you have one if you have any in inventory, and one with what the cost will be. Need to make just one pic with two bubbles of this information… one if you have it in inventory, and one with the cost, all on ONE pic. Too convoluted this way. 🤦🏼♀️ So disappointed in this update…Crashes
Hi, a few days ago till yesterday the game was working untill yesterday. The game kept crashing so I decided to reinstall it. I linked it to my EA account but it kept crashing at the “download extra content” part. It keeps saying there has been a mistake. When I tried reinstalling again and pressing to load a new game, it started crashing again, also at the download extra content part or sometimes it doesn’t even reach that stage and just goes out. I don’t know what to do.Missing simoleans & no newly built home
Good evening, I am missing over $2,000,000.00 in simoleans. I was only viewing a home but could not purchase because I did not have 45 lifetime gems available. I backed out and my simoleons were gone and no new home is being built, it only left me with $678,000! I am livid because I bought several packages to get this much. What do I need to do to get my simoleons back???
Reporting a Bug
This is a reproducible game bug, not a gameplay question. My infant is floating/suspended and cannot be selected or moved. The game also prevents me from leaving the scene because it says the infant must be on the ground. I have already restarted the game and tried changing houses. Please escalate this to a technical support agent.
