SimTown market Winter Warmers Reward
I noticed last time when I finished the SimTown market event for Winter Warmers, none of the clothing showed up in my wardrobe. So far, I’ve done Easter pyjamas and got those. Now doing adult Easter pyjamas so hopefully that’s okay too. Is this happening to anyone else?
Cloud save from apple to Android
I started the game on an iphone. Connected apple, EA, and Facebook accounts. Saved game to cloud. Bought a new Android tablet JUST for this game so I could make room on my phone. Now when I try to load the game it says no data found in cloud. No cloud save found etc. The 2 accounts that are logged in on the tablet are EA and Facebook. I can't connect the apple account since its a Android tablet. I logged out of Facebook on my iphone in the game and the Facebook app. Went back into the game and saved the cloud just to the EA account.. it still says no cloud found on the tablet. I have rebooted all devices.. I'm at a loss lol any ideas?Missing houses & crashing houseboat
I built 2 houses on the volcano island within the past 3 weeks. The other day, I woke up and they are gone from the map- it shows that I have built on the lot, but only a fence around each property. When I click to go to the lot, it takes me to another random house I’ve built (not always the same place). I built a houseboat from the architect tab, and when it was done, I clicked to finalize. It shut my app down. Here’s what I’ve tried: deleting and redownloading the app, clearing my cache, logging out and in, turning off the new lighting, restarting my phone, closing all other apps, contacting app support. They said I had to ask here, and that they couldn’t help me. I’m incredibly frustrated, because now I can’t build anything, since my houseboat is in limbo and it shuts down if I click on it. Any ideas? the picture is of one house property and the houseboat.
Community Market Broken
I was using the community market and the entire system broke, the storage values are in the negative millions and the market is unusable. I cant harvest crops or sell them. i tried to delete the app and reload the game but its still broken. do i need to restart the whole game?NEW IDEAS REQUEST
Hello EA / Firemonkeys Team, I’ve been enjoying The Sims FreePlay for a while now and I want to thank you for continuing to create such a fun and creative game that allows players like me to express ourselves and enjoy our Sims’ stories. I wanted to share some suggestions and ideas I thought could improve the game experience: New items that we can buy in the store specially in the “Deals” section, such as kid’s toys, furniture, appliances, outdoor furniture, pet stuff, baby stuff, etc. New outfits and hairstyles, teenagers, teens, kids, and babies have limited options (I only did female but goes the same for males). This could be an event prize, influence island, or simchase. New cars, I generated a Jeep and a Volkswagen beetle especially because they’re very popular cars, but also it would be nice to have more variety. New pets, more breeds would be appreciated, like sphynx, russian blue, scottish fold, etc and for dogs too, old english sheepdog, chihuahua, rottweiler, doberman, dachshund, etc. Overall brand new items instead of having old events back. For kids: new toys, such as car toys they can ride around, a small dollhouse that can be placed on a table and be playable, playgrounds, dolls. For babies: playpens, rockers, strollers that can be pushed around by an adult sim. For preteens and teens: smartphones they can use to call or play games, scooters, bicycles, laptops, etc. Additional stuff could be having new more prizes, new hairstyles, accessories, shoes, and outfits for all ages that we can buy in the store, new events for babies, kids, preteens, teens, adults, elderly and pets, for the “other” section in the pet store I suggest, horses, hamsters, chickens, cows, bunnies (and also be able to own more than 2 pets), New playable locations like the beach (NOT LOTS TO BUILD) such as a zoo, a new restaurant, open the circus, a movie theatre, a festival like coachella, a mountain, an amusement park, a museum, etc. I believe these features could make gameplay smoother, add variety, improve customization and increase engagement for players. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I really appreciate all the effort your team puts into keeping the game fresh and enjoyable. I hope these ideas can be helpful or spark inspiration for future updates.
❗️On Level 23 and Cannot Cook (Level 6) please help
Hello all, I am growing frustrated with the lack of help that I am receiving from EA. When they “answer”, it’s in the game and I don’t ever see my response. I am getting back in the Sims FreePlay game and although I am on Level 23 and moving through some careers, I am not able to finish level 4 or start level 6, which is the Breadwinner Quest. Do I have to get to the top of the fishing hobby to close out level 4? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can move forward without resetting the entire game? I appreciate any advice on the above. Thanks!
