I had the exact same problem and I was unable to complete the quest because of it. I had used up about 50 life points before that and was planning to use more to make sure I could finish the quest. But I couldn't do that without being able to start that goal and time ran out. When I try to go submit a request for help the page won't load properly so I can't even get help for the problem. I would have finished if this hadn't happened and I'm pissed off that I wasted all those life points without getting anything out of it.

I did the winter Wonderland quest and I was saying my goodbyes to the queen. I had no more questions or activities to do yet it didn't say I completedon't even though I did everything. How can I get the gingerbread house I worked for? I don't want to be empty handed.
