Has anybody found a solution to this? It's happened twice in a row for me now. In the previous market event, I won a gingerbread chair and I never received it, but I received the rest of the prizes. Now in the current market event, I won a gingerbread bookshelf but I never received it but the event is still going so I don't know if I'll get the rest of the prizes. It's really frustrating because I have a gingerbread themed house and I really needed those items.

I may have missed minor prizes in Simtown Market that I did not notice but I definitely did not receive one of the grand prizes and contacted support and got the items

Thank you for your help. I am trying to contact Firemonkeys but it keeps saying "firemonkeys.zendesk.com refused to connect". If I can get it to work, I'll let you know how it goes.
Just as a sort-of an update as well: I have received all the other prizes that I've won so far in the current SimTown Market event, just not the gingerbread bookshelf prize.

I personally have issues with connecting to Firemonkeys server too
I can not use my regular browsers chrome or safari
I tried Edge and it worked on that, maybe it works on other browsers as well
I know it works on chrome for some, but not for me
TL;DR try another browser 🙂

Anything within a week is fast for EA or Firemonleys
You should get a confirmation reply within an hour (that they've gotten your message) but then it can take some time
This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers
Or contact support via FB or Twitter, links are at the bottom of the page
