Won Simtown Market prize but didn't receive it

I finished the latest Simtown Market event and won the grand prize (Easter Sleepwear) with time to spare but the clothes are nowhere to be found. I tried changing a sim using a wardrobe, I looked at ...

I personally have issues with connecting to Firemonkeys server too

I can not use my regular browsers chrome or safari

I tried Edge and it worked on that, maybe it works on other browsers as well

I know it works on chrome for some, but not for me

TL;DR try another browser 🙂

Yes, I ended up using Firefox and my question has been submitted to them, so now I'm just waiting on a reply. Thanks for all your help! :eahigh_file:
