workstation locked (Sims Freeplay)

I think that appeared for the first time on some marketplace event when I was helping courier.
Despite of the fact that noone was using training center, when I tried to help one sim which needed it, I received message: "The Training Center is already in use by another Sim! Try again once they've finished". That message appears and disappears, I don't know on what it depends.

I tried to force stop the game (found somewhere that solution), and I also ended shift one of my sims who works in the police station and cancel shift of second, but I didn't help.

    Thanks for giving us a detailed explanation of the issue and what you have tried so far. I'm sorry to read the troubleshooting you already tried did not help. Let's try something different, ok?

    Could you try to restart your device completely?

    In case that doesn't help, please, tell us if you are playing in Android or iOS. Do you play logged into Facebook?

    I am having the same issue. Rebooting did not assist. I am logged into Facebook, have the latest update for the app, and am on an iPhone. It is occurring at the police station.

    Here are a couple of things I've done to fix this issue. I've assigned the sim to a different workstation and when they are finished then I assigned them to the original workstation. The other thing I've done is not assign them to any workstation go to a sim in another part of the game and then go back. This one does not always work, but the first suggestion usually does.

    Yes, I usually do the same. I leave to visit another sim in a different part of the game, and then return and I no longer have this issue.
