Bug in purchasing stuff packs
I have already bought these stuff packs, but why can't they be installed? How do I install them? I want to activate the pets feature. Is this a bug? please help fix this bug
Did you purchase the Stuff Pack via the Marketplace or externally via the EA App?
If you purchased the Stuff Pack through the EA App, you will need to download it that way. Go to your Library and click in the 3 dots and click on Manage add-ons and check to see if it is showing up there.
