Cannot Download Marketplace Content

I recently got a new computer that finally has the space and such to run games again. I installed the EA app, I see my order history in my EA account when I login. I downloaded the Sims 4 base game. ...

    expansions/game and stuff packs are still installed through EA app. You need to install them first before you can activate them.

    To be sure, you see the packs in EA app but not in the game ?

No - I saw them in my account order history though. After the poor advice of a CS chat rep, I did finally find them in the EA app under the Sims game “Manage > Add Ons” menu. I don’t know why they didn’t advise that first!
