Feedback: Poor Image Quality in Marketplace Interface Elements

I’m making this post to bring the developers’ attention to the image quality of the Marketplace interface elements. At the moment, the quality appears quite poor, with many elements in the store displaying low resolution, while a few others look noticeably sharper. This creates a clear visual inconsistency across the interface

I’d like to start with the bar that displays the available amount of Moola. The edges appear very blurry and poorly defined, and the ‘+’ button also looks noticeably low resolution.”

The filter buttons also appear noticeably blurry and low resolution, particularly around their edges. This is visible both when the mouse is hovering over them and when it is not.

The text below the large pack-type icons also appears blurry, which becomes even more noticeable when hovering the mouse over them.

The icon representing the Makers Packs appears in very poor quality on the pack information pages. The resolution looks extremely low.

The object thumbnails in the game also appear quite blurry, likely because they are being upscaled. This gives the images a noticeably degraded and unclear appearance.

The back button also appears to be in low resolution.

The smaller version of the Moola bar shown in other areas of the store also has a noticeably low-resolution appearance.

The purchase button also shows low-resolution edges.

-----------

Well, this concludes my feedback regarding the Marketplace. My intention in pointing out these issues is simply to help improve the visual quality of the interface and make it more polished and appealing. In my view, the interface shouldn’t contain images and buttons that appear in such low resolution.

It’s wild that this kind of issue keeps happening. We already had to deal with low‑res buttons and images after the last main‑menu update, and now there’s another sloppy job in the Marketplace. It honestly feels like Electronic Arts just ditched their QA team altogether for a mistake this basic to reach players.

And it really doesn’t match the image EA tries to sell. These details matter a lot for the user experience, and ignoring them just comes across as careless. This isn’t exactly a cheap product. And even if it were, quality shouldn’t be optional.

  • There should be a toggle to turn it completely off & be invisible.

What would be the point the only way to see the marketplace is to click on it.
