Flash Sale problem

The EA app showed me a special offer in the form of a Flash Sale. I wanted to buy The Sims 4 Get famous through it, saying that it costs 19.99 euros at a discount. After clicking the "purchase" button, the price was 39.99 euros. I have the same problem in the web version.
