Help!! I can't connect to the marketplace/gallery

Hi, I have seen so many suggestions on how to connect to the above any nothing seems to work. I have tried uninstalling the EA app then restating my Mac then installing EA again. I have also tried clearing cache and repairing the game and nothing seems to work.

Any other ideas on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated :)
