Maker packs missing in all save files except 1

I have recently purchased 500 moola worth in Maker Packs, and when I went to go use them in the Create a Sim menu and the Build menu, they were gone. This confused me, so I checked my other save files. Only one has the Maker Packs. I tried to resolve this issue by restarting the EA launcher and uninstall and re-download all of the packs, but it is still just on that one save file. Another way I tried to remedy it was to add another household to that save file, but that household doesn't have access to the packs either. So now I only have one household in a save file that has these Maker Packs that I spent money on. Please help?

    Hey ch0ccyy​, 

    Just to confirm, are the Maker packs installed under Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage, and activated in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection?

    Yes! When I click 'Manage Storage' it shows that the packs are installed.

    ch0ccyy​ Thanks for confirming! And are the same packs also active under 'Pack Selection,' or are they deactivated? If they're deactivated, you'll need to select the affected packs and click 'Confirm' to reactivate them.
