Makers packs from Marketplace won't load

I have a problem with the Marketplace. It won't load the makers pack so I can't buy them or check the things that comes with them. It doesn't work from live mode or the main menu. It's been like for a while. I tried to remove all mods and restart the game mulitple times but it won't load. It's just stuck at the load screen.
