Marketplace Issues

You know I’m so tired of making these posts. If you guys would focus on fixing the game for console players there wouldn’t be so many issues with Marketplace. I can’t access the new kit or free coach pack in marketplace. A network error message pops up and stays (won’t let me close it out) and forces me to restart my game. I can never access any of the free packs or new packs you guys advertise. This is redundant and stupid atp.

    Hey Autumnn_trees​,

    Can you please show us what the error message is saying? Does it only appear when you're trying to access the free pack, or in other situations as well? 

    If you haven't already, it might be worth power cycling your console, restoring licenses, and making sure the game and your console system software are up to date.
