I haven't been able to claim new free maker packs. The marketplace is very much broken. When I try to download or buy any packs, I simply can't because as soon as I decide what I want and click on it, the page opens and all the pictures and so on are on top of each other. There are also no clickable buttons to download or buy any packs from the marketplace. This problem has been going on for at least a week. I would really much like to have the free stuff...

Same here. I'm having the exact same problem with the free pack released on July 16. The Marketplace is broken, and the Download button doesn't even appear, so there's no way to download the free packs. I'm using a Mac, in case that's relevant. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

I'd love to download them, but unfortunately the Marketplace isn't working on my Mac. When I click on a pack, all the images and page elements overlap, and the Download button doesn't even appear, so there's no way to download the free packs. 😅
