While we aren't able to view your specific account's transaction details here on the forums, it sounds like you may have purchased a different kit instead- please check the Kits section under your owned content in Marketplace to verify if there are any Kits there you may purchased with your Moola instead of the Lip Couture Kit.

Thank you for the response and suggestion! Unfortunately I have already done this. Other than having the Mikko Essential Eyelashes kit, I only have free maker kits, and I buy all my other packs and kits using real currency (not the Moola system). Also my Moola amounts that I’ve paid for don’t add up, so I know I’m definitely missing that kit, as I have used it in the past. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions that could solve this! And thank you again for taking the time to reply! Have a nice day 😊

Hannahsims4geek Thanks for checking! In that case, we would need to get you with the live support team so they can look over your purchase history a bit further- here on the forums, we can't access any of your billing or account information to take a look.
Try submitting a new help request here so live support can go over all your purchases with you in Marketplace and see what's happened with this kit. You can also attach this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has a bit more information to reference on this.

Hi EA_Solaire ! Finally got through today. At first they reiterated the 30-day refund policy and said they couldn't do anything, but when I asked again and mentioned the forum again, they actually opened an investigation! They said they'd get back to me, so if they find a solution I will post it on here. I just wanted to update you and say a massive thank you for your help! I don't think they would've investigated this if it wasn't for your help! 😊
