Point A)
Point B)
Point A and B cost 500 Moolas—how is that even okay?
This only makes the already bad reputation of the marketplace worse. I’m not a hater; I survived the The Sims 3 Store era, and I get that devs need to eat. I’m fine with paid content. But why would the team managing the marketplace allow such low-quality content at such a high price?
My feedback:
The number of items should determine the price in Moolas.
A 200 Moolas Kit should have around 3–8 items.
A 400 Moolas Kit, around 12–20 items.
A 500 Moolas Kit, ~25 items, like what we’re used to with Maxis Kits.
Set clearer standards for creators and make sure the content actually matches the price. Thanks for reading.
I have the items in your point B, but I bought it as a regular kit when I had $5 to blow. I am not in any way interested in the marketplace. I just don't like the idea of it at all. And I feel bad for the creators who thought this was going to be a cool thing to get into.
Add in how many Simmers are unhappy about the Saudi/Kushner sale who've said they'll no longer buy anything once it goes through, and I agree this is a sinking ship.
I've been playing Sims since 2000, and really before that with SimCity when I was a kid. It's really sad to see the franchise dying.
