Today there was one new Maker Pack released on The Sims 4 Marketplace - Urban Refined by TwistedCat - 400 Moola What are your thoughts on the new Maker Pack?

I hate to judge a book by its cover but first impressions are very important. I like to look at the promo images for a Maker Pack before I consider buying it. I really like the first and third promo images. I have no plans to buy Maker Packs but if I do plan on buying any this would be one of them.
