Hello hayleeshaw0100 that's how Maker Packs work I'm afraid. They are tied to your account and your account alone since they are purchased in game through a digital Marketplace. This is simply how the Marketplace works, the content you purchase on that is for your use only and cannot be shared by other accounts.
