Where did you purchase Music Den from? If you close and relaunch The Sims, is your Moola still not appearing?

I purchased Music Den Kit from the EA App. No, the Moola still hasn't appeared even after closing and relaunching the game.

I've the same issue. I purchased The Sims 4 Music Den Kit from EA App, which was advertised to include a bonus of 200 Moola for free. After completing the purchase, I only received the furniture/build items included in the kit — the 200 Moola bonus was not credited to my account. Already reached out to the support team multiple times. It still hasn't been resolved. And the support team told me to post here last
