Purchased 500 moola in Sims 4 was not added to my account
On 8 October 2026 at 11:24 PM (GMT+8), I purchased 500 Moola for The Sims 4 for RM25.00 through Steam. The payment was successfully completed and deducted from my Steam Wallet. However, the 500 Moola has still not been credited to my account, and my in-game balance remains at 90 Moola. I have checked my account several times, but the balance has not changed. I would appreciate your help in checking this transaction and adding the missing 500 Moola to my account.
