I'm a PC player, and I'm looking to try using free CC Build & Buy from now on as well. Previously, I avoided them because I didn't want the game to be cluttered too much. But as TS4 will have many CC instead of actual packs in the future, it wouldn't be difference.

Now let's see what the Marketplace will be.
