Should this really be considered custom content ?

A lot of people are debating about free cc or monetization. What the creators are doing is making content to Ea for purchase. That's the same thing they did with Creator kits. The only difference is ...

They are not using official tools, and EA is only checking stuff that it works and localizing the text into all the languages.

No, they are using offical tools. Each creator approve by the marketplace get a marketplace kit.

    I see. They probably have their own package extractor and what not. The only conclusion I draw from this is that the creator kits sales were probably quite successful if they decided to go full scale with a Marketplace. Really hope they test stuff better than the wonderland kit.
