“restart the game to continue the transaction”

when i try to purchase any pack, it asks me to restart the app (“restart to continue the transaction”) and when i press okay, the game automatically restarts itself, but the entire ordeal keep repeat...

    iphone 12 it is. i have tried everything in my capability to try and fix it, but everything is still the same. have complained about it so many times already but nothing’s changed.

    I’m having the same issue, apple took the money but I have not received my festival pass for summer paradise, even if I try to repurchase it comes up with error and claims it’s taken no money
