Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.
Missing purchase
I purchased the Nalini Summer Getaway from the featured section 2 days back. It showed up and when I bulldozed it to redecorate the space, none of the items I'm the house design I purchased are showing up in the inventory. They all disappeared. This is frustrating because I've sent the payment proof and everything but there's no reply and zero attempt to help return the missing content to my account.
Unable To Claim Sweet Treat Showdown Rewards
I have redeemed prizes by playing the Sweet Treat Showdown Glorious Gala Event, by spending tokens on the Sweet Treat and Royal Treat boxes. However when I go to find my prizes in my inventory or closet, there's nothing there? I go back to the Sweet Treat Showdown Event Page and it shows that the prize has been redeemed in the Sweet Treat box and the Royal Treat box. But still nothing, I have received none of my prizes that I have earnt. I can only redeem prizes from the Sweet Treat and Royal Treat boxes, spending my event tokens. But that's about it, my prizes still won't show up in my inventory or closet. Please help me if you can. There's no point in me playing if I cannot participate in the events and challenges.
The items I bought were lost
Today I used the option to sweep the entire lot to rebuild my playhouse, but almost all of the furniture, windows, etc. I had previously taken were gone. I clicked on the sweep the land option to rebuild my house but almost all of the things I bought disappeared I also clicked on the restore purchases option from the settings section but it says all of them are loaded but they never all arrived it's too bad now I have to buy them all again PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM 😞😞 Did the same thing happen to anyone today?
