Need for Speed Payback - EA Servers connectivity issues (Playstation 5)
Hi, in the last few days I have tried to connect to the online features, several times a day but to no success. I always get the error: "ATTENTION you need to sign in to your ea account to access the online features of this game ..... ". It's worth mentioning that I own several EA games and I have tested them with no issues. I tried everything possible, changed the password, changed DNS manually, restored licenses, restarted the console, everything. I wanted to open a ticket/incident/case with EA but it's impossible to find where to do it. This whole situation is very frustrating. Thanks for your attention!
Servers are (almost) unplayable: lag + stuttering
On top of the ongoing chat bug (for well over 3 weeks now, basically nobody can type/send messages), there’s a new major issue since the last 1–2 days: the servers are almost unplayable. What’s happening: heavy lag constant stuttering / hitching during gameplay This is not limited to one region — it affects both EU and Asian servers, and it happens on community servers as well as official DICE servers.
Can't access my e-mail account anymore.
Hello, My display name is MasterAtomik. I have a problem when logging into my account. I know my display name and password, but whenever I try to login, I get met with the e-mail prompt. I can't even remember on what e-mail address is the account made on. My request is to help me change the e-mail address. Thank you.
Playtest site login errors
Been trying to login to the Playtest site at ea.com/playtesting and it comes up with a Runtime Error. Has happened since 8am EST today and still an issue 12 hours later. Not sure if tech support monitors the forums but hopefully the site comes back before my playtest RSVP deadline.
