My first Purchase
Hello everyone, I purchase something on The Sims Mobile the money deducted to my account but when I check my game I got nothing. I restarted my game and also my phone until now nothing is happening. I'm so disappointed, I want to purchase more but I'm scared to have nothing. I don't know what to do. Please help. I had been playing with my ios ipad when my Anansi’s Ageless Abode, fully furnished btw, had disappeared. I had purchased it and now its gone. I alternate between iphone and ipad, and its been working fine until today. Was building my house and putting in my expensive furniture/stuff that I already own, and suddenly when I open the game again, all progress is lost AND i can’t find any of my items in my storage. I’ve contacted support before, but unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been resolved, and it is becoming very frustrating—especially since I also spend money on the game. Here’s the issue: • I only have 2 items left to complete the event and earn the grand prize. • However, the system keeps telling me I need to collect 20 more items, which doesn’t make sense. • I have already spent 28 tokens without receiving the items I need. • Now, I only have 3 more hours left to finish, and this bug is preventing me from completing the event. i used to play the sims mobile game a ton and I had achieved atleast level 20. I was a doctor, had a husband and kids and my house was nice. Then my game started glitching and I resulted to deleting the app like I had before with no problems. It didn’t give me a choice to recover my progress and I had to make a new account. Whenever I try to buy a pack, I get this message: “Please restart the game to continue the transaction.” The issue is that the payment process never actually starts with the App Store — my payment method is not charged at all. After the latest update, my game is stuck in the “Fast-er Forward” tutorial with Dr. Gene Iyus. The popup appears, but when I tap the yellow arrow or the icon, nothing happens. I cannot continue the tutorial or play the game at all. I already tried restarting my device and reinstalling the game but the issue is still the same.
