[Guide] Finding your Player ID / How to send a Help Ticket In-Game.
Finding your Player ID: The EA Support team may ask for your Sims Mobile Player ID to find your account and help with missing content, progress issues, and more. Here’s how to find it. Write down your Player ID or take a screenshot of it and keep it somewhere safe. That way you have it if you need help but can’t load the game. You’ll see your Player ID on the first loading screen when you start the game. Follow these steps to find your ID if you’re already in the game: Tap the arrow pull-out tab on the right side of the game screen. Tap the Settings cog tab. Tap Help & About. Tap About. Your Player ID is at the top, just under the game version. Copy your Player ID down and keep it somewhere safe. That way you have it if you need help but can’t load the game. I posted earlier on Reddit about missing some building materials marked as owned from a festival: the herringbone masonry floor during enchanting autumn, the stand-alone straw/ thatched roof from Nalani’s beach house, and now it seems the Behr container walls. I do not have any of these building textures/surfaces—they’re only available in the house templates, not independently, and I can’t choose them as an option on any build without using that template—and I don’t have a bunch of spare templates hanging around. On Thursday 10/17/2024, I purchased “The whispering willow house” for 19.99 (21.99 after tax). I have made several purchases through the Sims Mobile and have never had an issue until this day. The purchase successfully processed and came out my bank account immediately yet no house or items to be found in my inventory. I contacted the EA live agents who were completely useless and each one had a different way of just completely going around the issue and not helping. One actually had me jump through hoops and bounds to prove I made a payment when I clearly had a receipt and order number and he still decided to end the chat with no resolution. I have restored purchased, deleted and re-installed the game and still have not received anything. I belong to multiple sims mobile groups and i have seen several on other platforms and now on this one of players buying the same content and receiving no items and absolutely no help from EA. *snip* I made a purchase within the game of ‘Whispering Willows House’, the payment was made, but I did not receive the items. After that, whenever I try to make a purchase, the message appears informing to "restart the game to continue the transaction", and this does not make any sense. I was checking that the same happened with other players, and this mistake of making a purchase and not receiving what was bought has been happening for a long time, which is something inadmissible for a company as big as EA. It's a mistake that should have already been corrected, but your assistance just doesn't work. And this is a mistake of the game itself, and not an error of our bank or the payment platform as one of the Managers tried to insinuate here.
