“restart the game to continue the transaction”

Ever since the last time purchase not succeed and i do refund  and festival pass I can no longer make ANY purchases in the game. It tells me to reload the game, I do and the problem does not go away. Nothing works, I have tried changing payment methods, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I have tried contacting support and they did nothing. So nothing has worked and I’ve tried everything.
