Hello! I opened a series of prize boxes from the sweet treat showdown and two of them were 50 simcash. Both times I opened the simcash boxes, my total simcash increased by 50, but then it simply disappeared and I am back to the amount I had before I opened the boxes but the tokens I used to open them are still gone.

Try opening one box at a time and if getting a currency prize, do a quick event to get some simoleons. This has helped some players save the the currency prize better. Restart the app before opening another box.
