Hi, thank you for reporting the issue. The team is aware of the issue and I’m hoping the best but it probably won’t get a solution before the event ends.
In my game I had the same issue with getting multiple Regal Thrones. At that point I was opening the boxes as soon as I had enough tokens to open them, so usually just one Royal Box at a time.
So, I collected more of the Royal Treats in order to open several boxes in row. That at least worked in my game and I was able to finish the event but it does require extra luck since the rarity of the prizes differ and the game is more inclined to give the Throne. 🤞
- @Ilois4 hi, i've also been having the same issue. I've been collecting a lot of the tokens before opening the prizes but they still gave me the same chair, is there any other things that might help?
