Bug failed to load the data from cloud

I have reinstalled the game and it seems like FAIL TO LOADED my saved game from cloud.

worst thing was the game started as new (after I tap on "load from cloud" option) and probably rewrite my saved game??

I mean, I lost the progress by something that it ws not even my mistake??
