BUG FOUND.Game stuck in faster forward tutorial.

My game can’t function because of the faster-forward feature!!
And this issue haven’t been solved for long time. NONE of your updates fixed this bug,which is rather disappointing!!!!Even though some people had already reported this bug in April!!!!!
And here goes some details.
I open the sims mobile app.The faster-forward tutorial page pops up automatically.And it’s impossible to close or skip!!! It keeps me from clicking anywhere!
It also said participate in an event to utilize the tool when my sims actually are in an event.
Pay some attention on this bug please!
