Troubleshooting Steps Tried: I’ve switched my devices off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app 

Description of the Issue:
I lost progress in THE SIMS MOBILE game. My Player ID is 1005928204554. Despite attempts to resolve it, my progress is still missing.
