Can’t purchase anything from store

I’m on iPhone 13. I haven’t been able to purchase anything from the store since seasonal event started. I figure it would fix itself after a few days but some items will be gone soon (e.g Jeong mansion).

I have read other stuff here (even from two years ago) trying to troubleshoot. Nothing helps. 

Advice? I have no payment problem history whatsoever. I can make purchases for other apps (including subscriptions) no problems at all except for this app.
