Can’t see furniture or items in build/buy

 

I’m currently experiencing a frustrating bug in The Sims Mobile. When I open the furniture icon to buy or place new items, nothing shows up — all the categories appear empty. I also recently stored a table, and now my inventory looks completely blank, as if I have no items at all.

 

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Force closing and reopening the game

• Restarting my phone

• Checking my internet connection

• Making sure the game is updated

• Clearing the cache (where applicable)

 

Unfortunately, none of these worked.

Could you please help me solve this issue as soon as possible? It’s blocking my progress in the game.
