Need to 27 unlock RTBs, Should've Started from Bonus Showdown (STS Glass Cacti)
I completed the Glass Cacti Sweet Treat Showdown during its initial run so I should've started from the Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown this time. Instead, my app says I still need open 27 Royal Treat Boxes in the standard STS. I've had it erroneously start from the standard STS instead of from the Bonus STS in the past, but it was always less than 4 from either box. Needing to re-unlock 2 or 3 of each is annoying but I haven't complained about it because I figured it was a stop-gap fix to ensure users don't completely miss out on the Bonus STS (which I did have happen once 😡). 27 Royal Treat Boxes and zero Sweet Treat Boxes is clearly an error. Also when I view the Royal Treat Box prizes, it shows that I've unlocked 13 of 18 possible prizes, but says I've unlocked 13 of 40. Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with in-game purchases in The Sims Mobile. Whenever I try to buy a pack, I get this message: “Please restart the game to continue the transaction.” The issue is that the payment process never actually starts with the App Store — my payment method is not charged at all. After the latest update, my game is stuck in the “Fast-er Forward” tutorial with Dr. Gene Iyus. The popup appears, but when I tap the yellow arrow or the icon, nothing happens. I cannot continue the tutorial or play the game at all. I already tried restarting my device and reinstalling the game but the issue is still the same. I received no reward at all after watching certain advertisements. I think that players from the UK would have experienced the same? These advertisements are all "Skills for Life" ones which are made by UK's HM Government, I believe? It's quite annoying especially as I'm trying to earn more cupcakes from adverts... So last night i decorated my house on my phone and this morning i wanted to play on my ipad. But then i noticed that all my furniture, windows door etc are missing. I bought the floor level update yesterday and completed it on mu phone before decorating. When i opening the app on my ipad i didn’t complete the floor level update there. Maybe there are connections but i dont for sure. I tried restarting the game and deleting it and downloading it again but nothing worked. yesterday I was playing the Sims mobile on and off on my iPhone redecorating my house with new items that I had bought in and pre-existing items that I already owned. I got home and played for a little bit and then I took a shower and went to get back on the Sims mobile on my iPad and when I got on, I noticed all of the progress I had made throughout the day was completely gone, and the furniture was nowhere to be found not even in my inventory. I then click the sidebar and linked my account back to game center and it was still missing. I then returned to the Sims mobile on my phone to see if the content was missing on there as well and it was. I then linked my phone to my game center account as well. I have reached out multiple times to get a resolution for this as I have spent countless dollars and money and time on this game and I would like my items back and get this resolved. I am absolutely gutted. i have spent more than 5 years playing this game and investing money. Not only are the new items that I just put on, but also items that I have been collecting for years along with heirlooms.
