Cannot see Sims at Parties?

When I go to parties, I cannot see Other players sims other then the party Hosts sims. It’s seems this happens randomly. Today I went to Party not a friends party. I could see only the Hosts sims. Even though In the party chat there were people there. I seem  to not get stickers when this happens.  Very annoying. This happening to anyone else? Thank you
