Can't do harvest events
I'm so close to finishing this stupid harvest fest, but the event I need to complete isn't even available. When I try to start it from the event screen, it does nothing. When I actually go to the res...
I've been having this problem for a few days, which makes me wonder if it's even related to the event. I put my sims on long events overnight (harvestfest or regular events), and when I go back in the morning the event says something different. I end the events, force stop the game and go back. Then there's another pink checkmark telling me an event is completed. I get credit for each event (on Llama truck). Eventually, after repeating this multiple times, my harvestfest events would come up and I could end them. Also, the goodies bags were doing strange things. Sometimes I'd open one and not get the item stated (I opened one that awarded me 25 sim cash, I watched the cash roll up, and when I left the harvestfest window it wasn't' there anymore). Sometimes I would get 2 bags instead of 1. Not sure what's going on, but I hope they fix it soon.
Edit: The event ended hours ago, but the glitch is still happening. I force stopped the game 3 separate times, each time one of my sims had a finished event. I received credit for the event each time that was not taken away. Also, I have had the "new day" login reward screen pop up a total of 3 times today.It also ended my sticker contest for the day and gave me a whole new set of stickers to give out as if it were a new day. Kind of afraid to clear the game or turn off my tablet at this point...
For all the bugs related to the Harvestfest event the best thing is to contact an EA game advisor.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Is there a way to review the popup message from ea saying that they were having server issues and some players would receive the special heirloom? I had trouble with the event and gave up.
There is no point in doing this. I have contacted them 3 times. They have done nothing. The event ended and my game is still screwed up. I still don’t have quick events. My sims still end up in places I didn’t put them. And I’ve lost money. They don’t seem to care
@belbottoms could you try force closing the app when none of your Sims are in an event, and seeing how that goes?
@Phantomlover1717 I have done all the things. Including deleting and re downloading load the app. Nothing works. I was unable to finish the quest. I spent my own money all my sims cash and cupcakes are gone and my game still doesn’t work. I was offered only pie slices and nobody has fixed my game.
The customer service is poor. I will no longer spend any money on this gam.
