Can't download The Sims Mobile on Motorola Moto Maxx

Hello! I own a Motorola Moto Maxx, Android 6.0.1. I tried to download The Sims Mobile, but it says on Google Play that my device isn't compatible. I can't understand why, can someone help me please? ...

Hi, thanks for your attention! Could you tell me which is the minimum RAM memory requisited today? My Moto Maxx's got 3GB RAM.

    Yes, I tried yesterday and then again today, still saying it's not compatible, look:

      Could you try to download the app one more time through your phone today?

      If still not compatible, which country do you have set in your Google Play account?

        Still not available for me to download ☹️
        My Google Play account is set for Brazil!
