can't place chairs at dining room table

this is my first bug to report so not quite sure what to say. this has been an ongoing thing for several months. i just forgot about it as i just leave my stuff where it is and dont move it.

so the dining table and chairs wont fit together anymore. no footprint for the dining chair happens and shows i cant place a chair there where it's been for a long time.

have an android phone and yes i always update it.
